We offer refunds and/or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Your item will be elgilable for a refund or exchange providing it is in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email to sales@simracingkit.com explaining the issue, attaching photos with the message is helpful.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

Gift cards
Items sent free of charge

Partial Refunds May Be Granted For

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to misuse or for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Refund Payments

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is rejected we will explain why.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, usually within seven working days.

If you requested an exchange, a replacement item will be dispatched, usually within one working day of the return approval. If the item is out of stock we will contact you and you can either (a) wait for stock to arrive (b) choose an alternative item or (c) opt for a refund instead.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For items deemed to be faulty not due to misuse, you will receive a full refund for the original item plus shipping costs.
If you are returning an item from within the UK, you must send the item by Royal Mail 2nd Class Mail or Tracked 48 service, if you choose a more expensive service then you may not receive a refund for the full shipping cost.
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, you must send the item by an economy service, if you choose a more expensive service then you may not receive a refund for the full shipping cost.
Sim Racing Kit shall not be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit, always keep proof of sending your return, in the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged in transit then you should make a claim with the shipping company.
