Delivery Information

We are a UK based company, domestic shipping is carried out via a choice of Royal Mail services outlined below, international shipping is sent via Royal Mail Tracked International service will full end to end tracking.

Dispatch Timescales
In most cases orders will be dispatched the next working day (excludes weekends), orders placed on Friday are usually dispatched on Saturday (but not guranteed).

UK Royal Mail Shipping Options
Tracked 48 (Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2-3 days)
Tracked 24 (Royal Mail aim to deliver 1-2 days)
Special Delivery (Order placed before 2.00pm should be delivered the next day (excludes weekends).

International Shipping
Items will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked International, the service provides full end to end tracking with a tracking link.
Shipping to EU and European countries usually takes 4-7 days approx, for some coutnries it make take longer.
Shipping to other countries outside Europe usually takes 5-10 days, this is only a guide and may take longer to some countries.
